I ran Monday and Tuesday for 15min each time and my shins didn’t hurt at all. I was stoked.
Wednesday I went for a cycle up past Massey up the really long and steep hill alongside it then back to my flat. Also had football practice later in the afternoon.
Saturday - had the teams first football game. For half an hour I was running around with the kids on the field as I reffed the first half. Then the second half yelled from the side lines. Unfortunately we lost 3-2 but not bad considering it was the first time they played together as a team and Hokowhitu are a snobby rich schools team. They has their own Coach, team Manager and then pro ref. The ref was good better than me, don’t know why they didn’t ask if he could ref the whole game, pricks.
Sunday I did my last ride at the Feilding velodrome. I was supposed to do the 2Osec high intensity then 2min 4Osec rest splits 1O times. I was away from my actual training program and forgot so I ended up only do 6.
I did miss out on one of my rides due to being really tired which then caused a lack of motivation. Thursday I was studying all day and beginning to get really tired. Then it got worse, I slept pretty much all day Friday and then all afternoon Saturday, then another 12 hours over the night. I think my Anemia is really bad again and my vitamin B12 is low. This Wednesday I’m going to get supplements to get my iron up so that doesn’t happen again.
