Soooo I slept through my alarm again lol whoops. Got up at 1230 giving me 3 hours till my next night shift. I have my Kindy day early tomorrow…gosh I hope I don’t sleep in!!
Exercise this week…on the nil atm. Been so tired lately I don’t want to make it worse. Next week I will not being doing as many night shifts if I can help it. Next week I’ll be back at it with looooooottts of details for those that want to know =:)
Today I started making a progress blog. Gonna start taking pictures soon (once I get my camera fixed). Lately my eating has been absolutely shocking…so bad that I think I’ve put on all the weight I lost back on. (It is actually that bad). Just goes to show you can exercise all you want, but if you don’t eat right then you may of not even put all that extra work in. So I think if I start a progress blog then it will encourage me to eat better. Also purchased a little black book so I can write down what I’ve eaten for each day, with a lil reward system for when I do.
Besides all that everything else is primo =:) Hope it all is for you guys!!
Worked 12 hours yesterday till midnight and all I want to do is crawl back into bed. I have another midnight shift tonight, not as long.
I have so much I need to do and that’s not including gym or a cycle gah!!! This weeks gonna be hard!
